The BTSOG program was founded by Ruth Hoffmann after realizing a gap in the marketplace for professionals seeking to build powerful and influential personal brands rather those purely focused on aesthetics.
As the Chief Strategist at Ruth Hoffmann - The Strategy Clinic, Ruth teaches C-level Executives, Consultants & Professional Service Providers Proven Strategic & Psychological Frameworks that help them build highly influential personal brand profiles, grow highly engaged client base of loyal customers and create strategic marketing systems that help them sell with ease.
So Who Is Ruth Hoffmann?
Entrepreneur, strategist, philanthropist, wife and mom, Ruth has over a decade of experience working in sales, marketing and business development. She holds a Master of Arts degree in Marketing Communications from MIDDLESEX University, Dubai and has accumulated a wealth of knowledge from top industry leaders including Jay Abraham, Dan Kennedy, Neil Patel among others.
Her vast experience and expertise has seen her close deals worth millions of dollars for her former employers and is now working privately with clients so they can reach profitability fast and replicate similar results.
Most of Ruth's clients come to her expressing feelings of overwhelm and confusion that arise from trying to use tactical approaches that promise overnight success, but unfortunately, only end up in lost revenues, wasted time and fruitless effort.
Ruth fights against these “fly by night” approaches to enable her clients to succeed by surfacing the foundational reasons for success.
She is able to do this by teaching strategic & psychologically proven frameworks that help clarify business differentiators, reverse engineer common workflows and systemize marketing processes in a strategic manner. This “smart marketing process” helps focus efforts on what matters most. By “doubling down” on their competitive advantages her clients are able to multiply conversions with ease; taking their businesses and careers to the next level.
This enables “A-HA!” moments in business situations that otherwise might have seemed bleak.
Because nurturing was ingrained in her at a very young age, she always yearns to help others and especially those who are committed to achieving their dreams against all odds. She therefore spends a better part of her time developing programs that help others to do so, running group workshops, one on one coaching sessions with VIP clients and running several masterminds.

When not working, Ruth:
spends her time with family, travels the globe, watches F1 racing, enjoys fancy afternoon tea with her sisters o/r friends, reads, watches South Korean Dramas, reads, runs a charity program she initiated that supports widows and orphans in her rural city back in Kenya. And Oh, did we mention reading?
